COTEC staff have a wealth of experience when it comes to explosive litter bin testing. The purpose of this test regime is to determine the response of litter bin designs when subjected to an explosive device. Testing is performed to the Home Office Publication No. 23/13 “Determination of the Explosion Resistance of Litter and Recycling Bins” which gives a star rating based on how they react to various different Scenarios.
